Atharva Veda 10.8: Extended meditation on the imperishable (akshara) Brahman. ‘He, the great God who overspread the worlds with might, he in whom the creatures dwell - he is the One, the One only.’ Foundational for Vedanta’s identification of Vishnu with Brahman.
